„Let´s dance" - One Day Workshop - changed into a dancing meditation
"Let´s dance" is my invitation to you for this day. We will explore each rhythm and our personal dance within. Each rhythm describes a different quality of energy in which we will find our dance. In flowing we connect with our body, staccato is looking for expression, we let our body speak. If we let go in chaos old patterns will start to move and dissolve. In lyrical we may discover the New behind. Stillness gives us space to be with what is.
This workshop is a great possibility to get to know the 5 Rhythms or to deepen your practice. It is a day for you to give space to the non-verbal wisdom within you and to reconnect with yourself and rebalance.
There will be space for exchange and a lunch break. Pleas bring light food for yourself for lunch.
This workshop is made for you in order to explore your own passionate dance - you are very welcome wether you are an experienced dancer or on the dance floor for the first time, no matter what age and fitness you are.....

Beginning 9.30 am - ending approx. 4.30 pm, the dance space is open from 9 am

Directions to the Waldorfschule Emmendingen
The school is located in the Park of the Clinic of psychiatry in Emmendingen. You need to enter the park from the back entrance in order to be able to drive uo to the Landhaus where the dance room is.
From Freiburg: In Emmendingen turn left on the seond traffic lights.First turn in the roundabout into Wiesenstraße. At the end of this road turn right and leave Emmendingen. In the second roundabout take the third exit to Windenreute. On the next crossing you turn left and again the next left to the" Integrative Waldorfschule". Follow this little road and pass the Prakinglot then keep left along the dig (on your right side), cross the dig over the little bridge, after 300 m you will get to the Landhaus and can park directliy in front of the white building.
Comming from Emmendingen: Leave Emmendingen and follow the road to Windenreute. Just before Windenreute turn right to" Integrativen Waldorfschule". Follow this little road and pass the Prakinglot then keep left along the dig (on your right side), cross the dig over the little bridge, after 300 m you will get to the Landhaus and can park directliy in front of the white building.
