Through constellations we are able to receive information from the depth of life. Often we will be taken by surprise. Our view of life and prejudices may be too limited or even contradictory to what a constellation might reveal. Opposites may come together, circles come to a close, finding more peace with what was and is.
Systemic-karmic means that we consider the family system, and beyond that we may move into the stories and experiences of the soul if necessary. Thereby these constellations may include all levels of our existence.
As we plan to gather for a constellation, as the theme is being formed and put into words, a field is being created. When we begin with the constellation the knowledge is already there, it lies in front of us, ready to be found, to be made visible, to be expressed in words and feelings. As all which was hidden or unconscious is being seen and heard and felt it will move into its rightful place. Energy will be set free, love and compassion, deeper understanding and interconnectedness will grow. Healing happens.
Everyone in the circle contributes to the work whether as a witness, as a representative or as the client bringing in his/her issue. Everyone will be touched by the work in some way. We are a part of something bigger and that becomes an experience for everyone as we do this kind of work.
To be able to offer this work makes me truly happy in a humble way. I would like to thank my teacher Erika Schäfer for her incredible openness and her willingness to be surprised over and over again. This inner freedom and flexibility, which she exemplifies as she is teaching, is with me as I practise this work and it supports me to stay open and awake.
